Delivery costs vary according to their weight and volume. The prices are automatically calculated by the online shop when you register in the shopping cart.

We accept the most used and secure payment methods for purchases made online. We also offer prepayment.

MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Post Finance are accepted.

The delivery time is two to three working days. A delivery in “no door” for large volumes. The place of delivery must be accessible for trucks greater than 3.5 tonnes.

For small packages, they will be delivered to you by Swiss Post.

MAXIDISCOUNT processes the customer’s personal data in strict compliance with the applicable provisions of Swiss law on data protection.

MAXIDISCOUNT only collects, records, uses and processes the customer’s personal data only in accordance with the respective data protection provisions applicable within MAXIDISCOUNT.

After the order you will receive an e-mail confirming your order.

We will send you a purchase invoice as soon as your validated order is dispatched.

This invoice is also to be kept as a guarantee.

We are sorry that a device in our assortment can cause you some inconvenience.

MaxiDiscount will inform you and guide you how to remedy this inconvenience as soon as possible. Please contact us by phone or through our contact form.

You have the option to withdraw your order free of charge from one of our four MaxiDiscount stores.

To do this, you simply have to select the withdrawal box in your shopping cart, finalize your order and you will receive an email telling you in which store the product will be made available to you.
